王荣，2018年6月毕业于中国科学院金属研究所，获博士学位。2018年9月-2020年8月在清华大学深圳国际研究生院从事博士后研究工作。2020年9月起任南方科技大学机械与能源工程系研究助理教授。王荣博士的研究领域包括陶瓷材料的3D打印与4D打印、太赫兹光子晶体和超材料的设计与制备。主持深圳市基础研究面上项目1项。发表学术论文10篇，其中“Modulation of terahertz properties of 3D ceramic photonic crystals via post-creation non-metal anion doping treatment”（Journal of the American Ceramic Society 2019, 102, 4688）入选2019年美国陶瓷学会会刊最佳论文。
